My name is Nick Bell and I set up and have operated Rent Rent Rent Lettings since 2009. Since then we have established ourselves as a successful Independent Letting Agent specialising in Residential Property Lettings in Lincoln, Newark and the surrounding areas.

Myself and my colleague Darren offer a genuine no-nonsense, jargon-free personal service and are not dictated to by complex computer systems.

We are a people business and people deal with us because of who we are. We offer the flexibility to ensure we meet the needs of both our Landlord and Tenant clients.

We both have a hands-on approach to managing property and engage the right balance of technology and good old fashioned customer service to ensure you have a great experience whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant.

As a business we recently celebrated our 10th BIRTHDAY and as Landlords ourselves I have 20 years experience of managing my own properties, Darren has 5 years. As a result of our experience we know that matching the right tenant with the right property is one of the most important aspects of successful property management.

Nick Bell - Managing Director

The business is principally managed by Nick whose success with Landlords is simply based on 'doing what he says he will do'. It is with this ethos that the business has grown by recommendation. Nick takes a hands on approach and gets involved with all aspects of the business including viewings, maintenance as well as principally dealing with Landlords. Outside of work Nick enjoys running and is a local Parish Councillor


Darren Marfleet - Lettings Manager

Darren takes a proactive approach to managing tenancies and spends his time carrying out viewings, inspections, dealing with applications as well as coordinating maintenance issues. As a Landlord himself Darren enjoys dealing with people and gets satisfaction when he finally moves a tenant into their new home. Darren enjoys spending time with his family and also runs to keep fit.


Sarah Bell - Director

Sarah supports the business with the back office functions and also gets involved with viewings and dealing any additional administration including book-keeping.

We hold Public Liability Insurance, Employers Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance

We use the Deposit Protection Service to secure all deposits we are responsible for in line with current legislation

We operate a Client Money Account and adhere to Money Laundering Regulations
